Under the guidance of voluntary business advisors, Mr Wilson Ho and Miss Connie Lew from HSBC and our teacher Mr Eastman Hung, our students form and operate a mini-company “Bag to Basic” to sell their handmade bags including pencil cases, coin bags, shoulder bags and A4 bags.
They learned how to develop their entrepreneurship, teamwork and leadership. Students raised capital, elected officers, produced and marketed real products and services, kept records, conducted shareholders’ meetings, and liquidated at the end of the program.
This year, our school “Bag to Basic” Company joined the JA Company Program Trade Fair and got the “Creativity and Innovation Award”, 4D Jennifer Lui got the Most Improved Team Player Award and 5A Jamie Ng got the Most Valuable Team Player Award.
We would like to extend a big thank you to Mr Wilson Ho, Miss Connie Lew and Mr Eastman Hung; and congratulations to the “Bag to Basic” Company for their achievement.
