CCA and Student Council

Joining CCA can be hobby-cultivating, and it can also achieve a more meaningful goal. Students are required to join CCA in their junior forms since they will develop their interest and hobby early in this stage. They might have challenges next when they get challenges from the inter-school competition in the activities. Some of the mature students might even join the development of the clubs and teams since they can voice out their ideas and opinions with their advisors. But what is the most important and high-ended students with their trained skills can serve the others in school or outside school based on the love from our faith. There were Archery, Campus TV, IPSC, Sport Climbing and Mission Dance Team serving the other last year. This is our ultimate goal in CCA which students no longer focus on themselves but the needy. Students can also explore, learn to show care with love and themselves which definitely a win-win situation. May the Lord’s image be seen through our students and His name be glorified!

Not only can participation in CCA be hobby-cultivating, but it can also provide students with a means to achieve deeper meaning goals. Students at UCCKE are required to join CCA in their junior forms, as we believe that interests and hobbies are best developed at an early stage. Students will be further challenged when they have the opportunities to participate the inter-school competitions. The more mature students may involve themselves in running the clubs or teams under the supervision of the advisors.

However, the ultimate goal of CCA is to help students shift the focus from themselves to others in need. Students with their skills learned in CCA are encouraged to serve others based on the love from our faith. The Archery, Campus TV, IPSC, Sport Climbing and Mission Dance Team have served the others in school or outside school in the past year. Students can consolidate their trained skills and learn to love and care for others at the same time. This is definitely a win-win situation.

May the Lord’s image be seen through our students and His name be glorified!
